These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hanadoku (the "App"), developed by Clever Cat Games ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Hanadoku on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to these Terms.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You also agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
Hanadoku does not currently offer any in-app purchases or paid features. If we introduce in-app purchases in a future update, they will be processed through the applicable app store (such as Google Play), and these Terms will be updated to describe what is offered before any such change takes effect.
Hanadoku displays advertisements served by Google AdMob to support continued development of the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be shown to you. Google's advertising services are subject to Google's own terms and policies, and our Privacy Policy describes what data AdMob may collect in connection with serving ads.
The App, including its design, graphics, puzzles, and all related content, is owned by Clever Cat Games and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clever Cat Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App may be distributed through third-party platforms, such as Google Play, which have their own terms and policies. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example if we add new features such as in-app purchases. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
